I still can’t believe we’re already over a week into December, in the midst of the holiday season, and 2023 will be here in just over three weeks. I’m trying to remind myself to slow down and savor each moment since I love this time of year. There is, after all, extra magic in the air during the holidays. Thus, in my attempt to be more mindful of every moment, this week I loved getting to enjoy the light rain, seeing Christmas lights at night, admiring the moon eclipse Mars yesterday, and watched holiday movies that felt so very seasonally appropriate. This weekend I’m excited to stay home and enjoy the extra rainy weather that California needs, preferably curled up with more hot chocolate, holiday films, and with lots of puppy cuddles.
